Return Policy
Please note we don’t offer returns and we always make sure to get your products delivered safe and sound, from our haven to yours! However, if the item you receive is damaged/doesn’t match what you have previously ordered, then we would love the chance to make it right. Eligible items must be received unused, unopened, and undamaged within less than 1 day from the day you received your order. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you without a refund.
Cancellations & Ghosting
We understand if you change your mind (impulsive buying is a thing). This could play out in different ways:
- If you wish to cancel your order before the item has been shipped, then that’s more than fine!
- If the item has already been delivered to the shipping company, you will be required to pay the delivery fee.
- If you decide to ghost the courier/refuse accepting the order, then you’ll be unfortunately blacklisted, and we will no longer sell any products to you.
Online Payments
- Please note: The refund of online payments will usually take 1-10 days.
- If there’s a problem with your order (arrived damaged, wrong product, etc.), we can offer you a full refund as long as you contact us immediately after the order has arrived.
