Deposit Policy

• A 15% deposit is required in the following cases:

• Orders above 5,000 EGP

• First-time orders

• Clients with a history of cancellations

• Orders shipped to Sinai, Red Sea, North Coast, Matrouh, and Upper Egypt governorates

• The deposit is refundable, but in case of cancellation, shipping fees will be deducted.
